Understanding of Several Modes of Auto-focus
The auto-focus camera has three modes. Here is mainly to explain why there are three modes, how to use?
1. Manual mode(MF). Some people may ask, this is not an auto focus camera, why is there a manual mode? As mentioned in the previous article, Auto-focus cameras are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, and some scenes and targets cannot be focused. What should we do in this case? Instead of letting the camera focus back and forth, it is better to change to manual mode. By manually adjusting the motor, the image is clear.
2. One-button focus mode(Click F). Or called the one-shot mode AF-S, or the lock focus mode. This mode is suitable for detecting the same type of work piece on the production line. Since the work piece is the same, just focus once, and then you don't need to focus. This saves time and increases efficiency.
3. Continuous servo auto-focus(AF or AF-C). This feature can be amazing. As mentioned above, when the focus is completed, the program will always judge whether the target changes, whether it needs to be automatically focused again, it is like having one eye, always staring at your every move. No matter how you switch targets, always ensure that the image is clear, this is very suitable for detecting objects with high and low differences, which requires frequent focusing. Free your hands, let the camera do it!!
